About Ross ThompsonHi, My name is Ross, Owner, Creator and Coach of "Warrior Women" and "Strip and Rip" I am 31 years old, I am the fiancé of Sarah, and I am a proud dad of two young boys, Jake and Dexter, who are the most awesome little boys a dad could ask for. Sarah is not only my life partner but my business partner who keeps things organised here at RT Fitness and co-coaches our signature programs alongside me. It has never "been easy" for me as some might look at me and think. Genetics only goes so far and I've had a chest and peaks since I was about 10... but I've also got FP... Fat Potential... I've learned the hard way that I can't eat what I want and I've made some massive mistakes in my training by trying to do it all my self, my way... [···]

About Sarah PurvisHi, I'm Sarah, the CEO of Awesomeness here at RT Fitness. I am 29 years old and am very proud to be the fiancée and business partner of Ross. I am extremely proud of how far I have come on my own individual fitness journey and I want to share it with you. I want to inspire you to become the best version of yourself and achieve the goals you've spent so long chasing... Here at RT I manage all of the day to day admin and accounts, (the boring stuff), I'm also responsible for speaking with all of our clients both old and new and am likely to be the first person you speak with about RT Fitness and your own goals and desires. I was destined to be the hugger too so if anything is getting you down, I am always here to help or just listen. I’m also found Co-Coaching the signature programs alongside Ross and on Social Media, scheduling, and a touch of blogging! I also give some of our clients Pads sessions for that extra burn! About Daniel BreenHello, my name is Daniel and I am the Coach of "Team Carnage" also known as Captain Carnage! I was 17 when I first started to take an interest in health and fitness having always struggled with weight and health issues from a young age, I wanted to get things sorted. I’ve experienced both ends of the spectrum first hand; having gone from being fat as a young teen to being skinny and very unhealthy as I got older. All I focused on between the ages of 13 -16 was losing weight. However, due to doing this in a very unhealthy manner I felt worse than I ever had when I was fat. I couldn’t concentrate, I was constantly tired, I developed skin issues and my mood had dipped massively... So I spent a lot of my teenage years not being in a good place either physically or mentally purely through putting pressure on myself to weigh less... Once I left school I was determined to do something about it before I started college. There was only one problem; I had absolutely no idea what I was doing... [···]

So far Sarah's progress means she has lost 35lbs...she has followed a strength and physique program for women via the Warrior Women classes to get stronger, get leaner and fitter.
Strip & Rip worked for me…Micky, Strip & Rip Member
Micky had a holiday in Ibiza booked at the end of August so he got himself in gear and really stepped it up a notch via our Strip & Rip classes. In 8 weeks Micky lost an incredible 4% body fat and put on 9lbs of lean muscle tissue.

Jamie did the Strip & Rip course with great results, his strength has grown so fast. From only doing 1 chin up to hitting 10! His 1 rep max on the deadlift was 160kg and we ended up on a 220kg! Not bad for someone who doesn't hit weights much.
