Team Carnage
The initial transition from fat to fit. This is our Group Training program primarily focused on getting you fitter, stronger and helping you shed that body fat and tone up!
The 12 week cut and grow mansformation. This is a strength and physique program for men who have lost their way, are bored with their training routine and fed up of not seeing the results they deserve.
So far Sarah's progress means she has lost 35lbs...she has followed a strength and physique program for women via the Warrior Women classes to get stronger, get leaner and fitter.

Jamie did the Strip & Rip course with great results, his strength has grown so fast. From only doing 1 chin up to hitting 10! His 1 rep max on the deadlift was 160kg and we ended up on a 220kg! Not bad for someone who doesn't hit weights much.
