Caroline has been part of our classes since January 2013 and has gone from strength to strength, showing consistency is key to achieving that great physique, as you can see, she looks amazing!

Caroline says:

“I started with Ross in January 2013 doing bootcamp and kettlebells, before this I went to a gym and did the usual, treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine etc and found it really boring and never really looked any different. I’d never used any weights before as I always thought they were for men, and felt intimidated if I ever went near the weights section in the gym. After a few month of doing kettlebells and bootcamp I felt great and I loved going. Ross helped me eat cleaner, as before I ate a lot of bread and pasta etc and not a lot of protein, I now feel loads better for eating clean and can still have a takeaway on a weekend. I joined Ross’ new gym when it opened in February and he wrote me up a program for my goals which was to get fit and be toned. I was really scared of the weights before but now I love them, I do them three times a week and I feel I’m the most toned I’ve ever been. I still do kettlebells and S and C but I mainly do my program. Ross is always there for support and helps you get your technique right. Everyone in the gym is lovely and supportive and I highly recommend it to everyone.”
