I realised how bad things had become, when I had to use a cable tie to fasten my motorbike leathers whilst on a tour round Italy.

That’s when my journey with RT Fitness began.

I started with the 2 month Carnage program. In the beginning I found it quite hard as my level of fitness was very low.

However, with the level of intensity of Carnage being pretty high and the fact I always give 100%, this soon improved!

I got some really good results with a reduction in body fat and I lost inches all round.

After the 2 months of Carnage I thought I would give the Strip and Rip weights program a try. I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made in years!

The banter with the lads is second to none. The coaching is spot on.

And the main thing is, if you track your nutrition, hit your macros and train hard then it really does work!!

I’m looking forward to doing a slow bulk over the winter to pack some muscle on, build on my growing strength and then lean out again for next summer.

The plan is to look even bigger and leaner.
