What will keep you on track?

I hate the cold, in fact just this time of year when it’s cold, dark, and generally windy/raining… I take my hat off to all of our members who get up and out of bed at 5.30am to smash their workouts for 6.00am.

I dislike the dark/cold mornings and just feel like eating everything in sight during the winter days.

They may not know it but it’s actually our members who keep me going… knowing that they still have goals and desires of being better versions of themselves and that myself, Sarah and Dan have a responsibility to each and every one of them to make sure they get where they want to be. They inspire me to stay on track myself.

Even if my nutrition isn’t 100% on point these next couple of months my training certainly will be…

Now then I’m not saying our clients are 100% every session and do need a good kick up the arse now and then, it’s perfectly natural and expected, that’s what we are here for…

So what we have come up with is the 12 days of Xmas challenge… Or what I like to call, The 12 Days of Carnage…

Starting from the 1st of December we will be doing 12 days of our Team Carnage program off the belt, with a twist… (they don’t know what they’re in for mwu ha ha ha)… this is so we can keep them on track through those dark days trying to push them closer to their goals and as a way of saying thanks for… well… being awesome…

For the people who can’t make it I’m going to be doing videos to do the workouts in the house so that they can still do the full 12 days wherever they may be.

This is all free of charge as they are worth this and so much more.

We love them all and like we always say “Results first”
