No not at all, most of our clients have never lifted weights before and we work with you from the ground up. Think of this as the ultimate personal training programme 

How long are training sessions?

Each session lasts 1 hour x 4 per week...This is all you will ever need to get that insane physique

Each unit all run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
