At RT Fitness we offer various membership and personal training options to our clients, so you can choose which option is right for you. We also run specific self branded group training courses over 6-8 week periods called “Warrior Women” and the male alternative “Strip and Rip” there is an option for everyone depending on what you want to get out of your training.
