Before starting RT Fitnesses, what challenges did you face with your health and fitness?
I’ve really struggled with coming to the gym, so I would join the gym and then not go. But since Jordan, he have came consistently.
What have you achieved since joining us?
I have been up and down, but when I stick the wet, I stick the wet. I’d say I’ve probably lost overall. About a stone, maybe more, since being here, so yeah.
What do you like most about it?
Definitely the people. And Ben, the coach. He’s my favourite. Is he? Yeah. He did tell us to say that last time, but I’m going to say it now for him.
So, um, yeah. Um, the people definitely. It makes us want to come back. Just the community that there is. Especially at the half six class as well. I like that one.
What would you say to someone sitting on the fence?
I would say, just do it. If it was me, I was very worried and nervous about joining with you but everyone’s so welcoming.
