
Results in only 10 weeks
Jemma completed a 10 weeks of 1:1 coaching with Ross. She lost a stone, 6% body fat, an impressive 5 inches off her hips and 3 inches from her waist. Now that Jemma has the tools and knowledge of fitness she is a gym member and you will always see her kicking ass at the pad combo classes. Keep it up Jemma!

“After putting a stone on in weight very quickly I decided it wasn’t just time to loose weight, I needed to change my lifestyle and get rid of my dirty eating habits and get fit. Previously I had been to the gym, swimming and dance/keep
fit classes and tried loads of fad diets, none of which I stuck to.
So I decided the only way to go was to have a Personal Trainer. It was the best decision I have ever made as I lost 1 stone, 6% body fat, 5 inches off my hips and 3 inches off my waist. I also now have a much better lifestyle. This was achieved in 10 weeks with 1:1 sessions, kick boxing sessions, a carnage boot camp and weight sessions over this time.
I really do not think I would have got the results without working with Ross. He is very down to earth, I felt very comfortable working with him, he could answer any questions that I had and was always on the other side of a phone with advice. I am now a member of RT fitness gym doing various classes training hard 4 times a week and I would highly recommend Ross to become your personal trainer :).”
