This is Micky, he did the same course last year, got really lean and then didn’t continue with his training and let himself go a bit.He had Ibiza at the end of August so got his arse in gear and really stepped it up a notch.In 8 weeks Micky lost an incredible 4% bodyfat and put on 9lbs of lean muscle tissue, now that he knows consistency is the only way, he has decided to keep on as a gym member and will continue to grow.
