There are a lot of places out there who can get you similar results or even better results in a shorter space of time, we’ve said this all before, every diet works…

With the majority of these places there comes a lot of restriction on your nutrition and pretty much no life whilst doing the programs they offer… Some sell you hundreds of pounds worth of pointless supplements or get you eating next to nothing… Some package it as free training if you lose a certain amount they’ll give you your money back… What they don’t tell you is that if you lose that much in such a short period of time you’re likely to put it all back on and then some… It certainly isn’t healthy or balanced…

With us here at RT Fitness, it’s all about the long term sustainable changes to reach your goals safely and in a realistic timeframe… Whether that’s weight loss, weight gain, muscle mass increase, toning up… Whatever it is… We will guide you through the process and give you knowledge that will carry on long after your time here with us, with us it’s a lifestyle change that won’t break the bank, break your social life or break your body…

It’s not something where you’ll put all of your weight back on in 2 weeks once the program has ended, it’s not something that’s a quick and temporary fix…

Plus we always want to ensure that we are “THE MOST AWESOME PART OF YOUR DAY EACH AND EVERY DAY”… We want to have fun with it, getting the results we want with likeminded people, day in day out…
