Sarah is a gym member who gets herself in the gym every week doing a mixture of classes and her weights program she has been so consistent throughout her time here.
Sarah says:
“I have gone to the gym for many years, and finally got bored of the same old things and not seeing any changes, I cancelled my membership. After speaking to a good friend who had been having personal training sessions off RT, she told me about this ‘different gym’ that Ross had started, and that I should go along have a chat and see if I liked it. I booked a meeting with Ross who was very helpful and made me feel relaxed, asking about what I’d been doing, what I expect and what results I wanted to achieve.
The gym was just what I needed, no treadmills, no cross trainers, no rowing machines and no mirrors with posers in front of them! On my 1st session I got weighed and measured and Ross set up a personal training program for me, and advised me on diet (which the only main change was to eat more protein). 7 weeks later I had my 1st weigh in and measurements taken, we were both totally amazed at the results, I had lost 5lbs, dropped 3% body fat, but had my best results from inch loss. I’d lost 1/2 inch off each calf, 1 inch of each thigh, 2 1/2 inches off my hips and nearly 5 inches off my waist!”
I continue to do my program with it changing every so often, either weight, reps or exercise, and also do classes to mix it up. Ross is always there for advice, direction and support, which really helps.
I have had the best results since starting with Ross than I have ever had after all the years at a ‘regular’ gym, and would recommend it to anyone.”
