Wayne undertook the a 12 week 1:1 coaching package. He lost 10 pounds, 6.3% body fat and an awesome 3 1/4 inches from his waist. He never lifted a weight prior to this course and is now fully confident on taking on it himself

Wayne says:

“I lacked the confidence to use a “normal” gym as I did not know what I was doing and was always afraid to ask for
fear of looking stupid. I was unhappy with the way I looked as I had developed quite a large stomach and man boobs and being slim it didn’t look good. After speaking with Ross we decided the best way forward would be to undergo a 12 week training program. At first I thought 12 weeks would not be long enough to achieve the results I wanted but I could not have been more wrong. First Ross devised a diet plan that changed the way I ate by cutting out all the unhealthy stuff; I was amazed at how bad my diet was!!
I did 3 1 on 1 sessions and 1 carnage camp per week; this was reduced to 2 1 on 1 and 1 carnage camp per week after 4 weeks. I was also given homework to do which consisted of press-ups, sit-ups, squats etc. Not only did my strength and muscles grow but more importantly my confidence grew as I was finally starting to feel happy with the way I looked. Taking that first step was hard but Ross made me feel at ease and was always there to offer encouragement and support whenever I needed it. I can’t thank Ross enough and would highly recommend him.”
