That’s one of the wonders of technology it is constantly advancing to meet our expectations.

Our bodies! Our physiology isn’t changing, so our expectations are for quicker, quicker, quicker and our bodies just can’t keep up.
When someone decides they want to lose weight they want it now, immediately just like everything else because we’ve all turned into spoilt children.
This might sound harsh but it’s true. A physical change in your body is one of the few things we can’t just have instantly and his causes everyone to lose their fucking shit.
We’ve entirely lost our ability to set a long term goal and work for it.
That skill has gone and this is why people continuously waste their time on shit products and bullshit diets.
Its also probably plays a part in the rise of steroid use in young and inexperienced trainees but that’s a conversation for another day.
Again; I want and I want it now, well boo fucking hoo.
I’m not going to lie to you and tell you there’s a quick fix you didn’t get fat overnight and you won’t get fit overnight.
However if you want to know how to make positive lifestyle changes and set and achieve a long lean goal then I may be able to help you.
As long as you’re willing to work hard and be patient however if you’re after a quick fix I can’t help you and truth is nobody else can either, despite what they may claim.
