Dan Dylan is 38 and recently became a dad.

Why He Nearly Didn't Start

Dan knew what it was like to train — but without accountability, he found himself cutting corners.

He’d hit the gym but skip the last set, coast through sessions, and make no real progress. He needed a push, a plan, and a community.
